Learning Support Teams: An evidence-based model for inclusive schools.
Category Project
Ausgangslage und Ziele
The Learning Support Teams (LST) project develops an evidence-based support model to strengthen inclusive education in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Multiprofessional teams provide rapid on-site support for schools facing complex educational and organizational challenges. Using a Design-Based Equity Research (DBER) framework, the project investigates how collaboration, professionalization, and school development processes contribute to sustainable inclusion. The project combines longitudinal mixed-methods research with iterative model development and involves schools, teachers, students, parents, school authorities, and universities.
